FARM
SELF SUFFICIENCY &
HEIRLOOM REVIVAL
We will grow, harvest and sell our produce on a small scale to ensure South Gippsland locals have food that is full of health benefits and flavour.
Our precious heirloom garlic varieties have been saved and preserved to enhance biodiversity and make flavourful, disease-resistant vegetables that might otherwise be lost in industrial agriculture and seed production. Every part of our farming is considered. Which means we work without the use of herbicides, weed suppressants, hormones, antibiotics, pesticides or synthetic fertilisers.
This lifestyle warms our hearts and motivates us to create our best self-sufficient life in the most beautiful part of the world.Â
